MISSION:
Hmong with Special Needs is a haven network of families whose children, youth and young adults identify with special healthcare needs and/or disabilities.
The goals of the Network are to:
• Establish and build positive supportive relationships among individuals, families, and communities through shared experiences and social engagements
• Provide helpful information and resources to confidently equip families in caring for their children and loved ones – especially in controlling their life and claiming their rights
• Empower, develop, and promote self advocacy and leadership
